Rahul Sharma

Rahul Sharma is an experienced design researcher and strategist specializing in brand design, marketing communications, and innovation. Currently serving as Principal Design Researcher at Xero since November 2021, Rahul also leads projects as Director at Switch Strategy while collaborating with agencies such as McCann Enterprise and JKR. Previously, roles included Strategist and Principal Consultant at Assurity Consulting, Head of Brand & Customer Experience at Katabolt, and Senior Strategist at Hornall Anderson. Rahul's expertise spans brand strategy development, customer engagement, and qualitative research, backed by academic credentials including a Master of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Marketing from The University of Auckland.
