Steve Evans has held a variety of executive roles in the past few years. In 2018, they were appointed as the CEO of XeroE. Prior to this, they were the Chairman and CEO of Kreate Australia from 2006-2017, and the Managing Director of Serenova Sports in London from 2017-2018. Before their roles in Australia and London, they were the CEO of Kreate from 2005-2006, where they specialized in experiential marketing, staffing, logistics and campaign implementation for brands such as Nintendo, Coca Cola, EMC², Gillette, NIVEA and Waitrose.

Steve Evans received their MBA from Imperial College London between 1993 and 1996. steve also obtained a FCMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants between 1979 and 1981 and a BA Hons in Business Studies from Coventry University between 1973 and 1977. Additionally, they have certifications in MBA, BA, FCMA, and FRSA.
