Thomas Cobb

Thomas Cobb has extensive experience in engineering and product development, with a focus on implementing disruptive polymer technology. In their current role as the Group Product Development Director at Xeros Technology Group plc, Thomas is responsible for all engineering and technical activities within the organization. Prior to this, Thomas held positions such as Engineering Director and Engineering Manager, where Thomas oversaw the design, development, and commercialization of new technology products. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Thomas has successfully managed and implemented various projects throughout their career. Thomas has also completed executive education in General Management at INSEAD.
