Jim Becker

Jim Becker is currently the VP O2C Global Process Owner at Xerox Services, a role they have held since 2015. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations for Xerox O2C since 2010 and served as a Solution Architect at Affiliated Computer Services from 2007 to 2010. Jim's career began at Office Depot, where they held the position of Sr. Manager in Credit and Collections from 1993 to 2005, later becoming an Operational Manager at ACS from 2005 to 2007, overseeing a team of 200 FTEs offshore.
