Emilia Fioriti

Emilia Fioriti has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Emilia currently holds the position of Head of People at Xertica, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, Emilia founded and served as CEO of Ingeniarte Group since January 2012. Ingeniarte Group specializes in high-tech, media, and entertainment HR expertise, particularly focusing on start-ups and helping individuals unlock their full potential.

In 2019, Emilia founded Top Rockstars Inc as part of the growth of Ingeniarte Group. Top Rockstars Inc focuses on building executive teams for start-ups worldwide. Emilia has also worked as a Human Resources Mentor at TELEFÓNICA OPEN FUTURE_, Wayra, and The Fan Machine from 2015 to present.

Emilia's earlier experience includes working as an HR Advisor & Business Mentor at Universidad de San Andrés from 2013 to 2017, a Senior Consultant at Mercer specializing in high-tech, media, and entertainment industries from 2008 to 2011, and a Master Thesis Student at Universidad de San Andrés from 2010 to 2011.

Starting in 2005, Emilia worked as the HR Responsible at Hexacta, where they successfully established and expanded the HR department and was involved in headhunting, recruiting, training, and people care activities. Emilia'stenure at Hexacta lasted until October 2007.

Emilia Fioriti pursued their Master's degree in Information Technology Services Business Management & Telecommunications from 2010 to 2012 at Universidad de 'San Andrés'. Prior to that, they attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2001 to 2006, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
