Grant Cardwell

Grant Cardwell is the CEO and Co-founder of Xeyex, a software solution for the optical sector, where responsibilities include strategic development and execution of business plans with a focus on customer relations, finance, and sales and marketing since January 2012. Previously, Grant served as Learning Technologies Manager at BSkyB from September 2006 to December 2011, overseeing the platform and software development of in-house learning technology for over 40,000 users worldwide. Prior to that role, Grant was a Learning Technology Software Developer focused on designing a proprietary cloud-based learning management system. As a self-employed Web Application Developer/Consultant from 2002 to September 2006, expertise was provided to small to medium enterprises in business process analysis and digital strategy. The career began in the optical field as an Optical Dispenser and Practice Manager while studying for a BA in Accountancy from Glasgow Caledonian University, fostering a deep interest in the optics industry.
