Anand Balaji

Anand Balaji is the Co-Founder of Xflow, where he is focused on building the company from the ground up with incredible people. Prior to Xflow, he was the India Lead at Stripe where he ensured that the company's product aligned with the needs of local customers and built awareness within the start-up communities. Anand also has experience at Amazon as the Head of Business Development for Amazon Mobile in India and at Microsoft in various roles including Marketing Manager and Product Manager. He has a strong background in technology and business development, with a MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from The Wharton School. At Hughes Software Systems, he led a team of engineers delivering solutions for a Telecom start-up. A team player with a passion for building successful companies and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
