Jaslin Paul has been working in Human Resources since 2010. In 2010, they began their career as an HR Executive at Elite Consultancy Services. In 2011, they moved to ITECH HR OUTSOURCING PVT LTD as a Technical Recruiter. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at KRG Technologies Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for Technical Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Screening, E-recruitment, Cold Calling, Evaluation, Induction, Background Checks, Online Research, Teamwork, Human Resources, Events Coordination, Validation, Mass Hiring, College Recruiting, and Portals. Her Core HR Activities included Human Resource Planning, Compensation and Benefits, HR Strategies, Employee Management and Welfare Activities, Training and Development, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement Activities, Recruitment, and HR Policy Formulation and Implementation. In 2021, Jaslin Paul began working at IMCS Group as a Human Resource Manager, and is currently working as the Head of Human Resources & Operations at Xforia Technology Solutions and Staffing.

Jaslin Paul holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering (Integrated) from AMSEC and a Master of Business Administration from Anna University, Coimbatore.
