Nithya Kamakshi has a wealth of experience in journalism, writing, and editing. Nithya began their career in 2004 as an Executive - Products (Content Writer & Copy Editor) at Everonn Education Limited, where they analyzed the needs of students in terms of non-curriculum courses and soft skills training. Nithya then moved to Indian Express in 2005 as a Reporter, covering hospitality, travel and tourism beats throughout the southern states of India. In 2006, they began working as a freelance journalist, editor, writer, columnist, and foreign monitor for various publications and magazines. Nithya was a regular contributing columnist for 10Magazine in South Korea for two years and wrote a column titled "Random Ramblings" for FLIK magazine. Nithya also worked for two years as a contributing writer for the Korean Herald newspapers and served as a Foreign Monitor with the Government of Ulsan, South Korea. In 2018, they began working as a freelance journalist, editor, and writer for the International Business Times, India Edition. In 2019, they moved to Integra Software Services Private Ltd as a Content Developer and Editor. In 2021, they began working as a Freelance Writer for Integra Software Services Private Ltd. Currently, they are working as Creative Head at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services.
Nithya Kamakshi has a rich educational background. Nithya began their academic career in 2000, when they earned their Bachelor of Arts in English Literatureure from Meenakshi College For Women. Two years later, they pursued a Level - 4 - Mittelstufe 2 in German Language at Goethe Institut - Max Mueller Bhavan - Chennai. Finally, in 2002, they obtained their Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism from Career For Women.
