Nitika Pawar has over five years of experience in the recruitment field. Nitika began their career in 2017 as a Customer Service Specialist at American Express. In 2019, they joined Kalibre Consulting and IDC Technologies, Inc. as a US IT Recruiter, where they gained experience working with H1B, H4, L2, OPT, EAD's, US Citizens, and Green Card Holders, as well as with Tax terms such as W2, C2C, and C2H. In 2021, they joined Enterprise Solutions Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and is currently employed at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services as a Sr. Technical Recruiter.

Nitika Pawar is currently enrolled in the Post Graduation Programme in Data Science & Business Analytics at the Great Lakes Institute of Management. Nitika has also obtained an Introduction to Programming Using Python certification from the Delhi Institute of Computer Sciences- DICS Technologies Ltd. in March 2022.
