Regan John

Regan John has been working in the recruitment industry since 2010. In 2010, they began their career as a Technical Recruiter at SIRSAI INC., where they were responsible for recruiting for contract positions. In 2012, they moved to Computech Corporation as an Account Manager, where they specialized in placing candidates for permanent, contract to hire, and contract opportunities within the skill sets of mobile application developers, software developers/engineers, web developers, UI/UX architects, big data, Oracle developers, DB administrators/developers, project/program managers, network administrators/engineers, system administrators/engineers, IT security, and business analysts. In 2016, Regan joined Bresatech as a Team Lead, where they were involved in the end to end recruitment life cycle for fulfilling the hiring needs for all levels as per client requirement in various technologies. In 2017, they moved to KRG Technologies Inc. as a Sr. Recruitment Lead. Currently, Regan is working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager - (USA/Canada/India) at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services.

Regan John received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR from Hindustan University between 2008 and 2010.
