Olga Cherkasova is an accomplished business leader with a strong background in digital transformation, strategic advisory, and business analysis. As the Founder and CEO of Dgtlization, Olga leads a team focused on guiding small to mid-sized enterprises and early-stage startups in their digital journeys. At Jabil, Olga serves as Transformation Manager and Agile Coach, driving significant digital transformation initiatives and optimizing organizational change processes. With experience as a Strategic Advisor at Xfuturum and previously as Head of Business Analysis Department at Softeq, Olga has consistently contributed to enhanced business performance and client satisfaction across multiple regions.
