Fabio Guidetti

Fabio Guidetti has held a variety of roles in the fashion industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they were the President of Victoria Grantham S.r.l., where they successfully launched and positioned the brand through top retail doors worldwide. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Director of Sales and International Business Development at Liberty Ltd, where they established and directed all aspects of retail, wholesale, business development, co-branding, and licenses. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Senior Vice President of International at St. John Knits, where they managed a wholesale turnover of $38M and increased business in Asia and Europe. From 2010 to 2013, they were the President of International at Elie Tahari, where they initiated and managed the strategy for the re-launch of the brand. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Advisory Board member at Luxe Vallee. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Senior Vice President of International Sales at Rebecca Minkoff, where they managed and directed all aspects of International retail, wholesale, and business development. From 2017 to 2018, they were the President of Global Sales and CEO of GC USA at GC Group Spa. Lastly, from 2018 to present, they are the Chief Executive Officer of SHARKCHASER, a design accessories brand that addresses true sustainability, and the Managing Partner of XGen, an AI-first personalization tech.
