Charlwin Mao Wenchao

Charlwin Mao is the CEO of Xiaohongshu, who co-founded the company with Miranda Qu in 2013. He is responsible for corporate strategy and product development.

Charlwin used to work at Bain Consulting and Bain Capital. He majored in mechanical engineering and received a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, before going on to study at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
