Xu Yao has a strong background in software engineering, with experience at notable companies such as Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Zhihu.com, and Baidu, Inc. Currently serving as the VP of Feed and Search at Xiaohongshu, Xu has also held positions such as Project Lead at Facebook, Principal Architect at Zhihu.com, and Staff Research Engineer at Baidu, Inc. Xu's expertise lies in search algorithms, recommendation systems, and feed ranking. Xu graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering from Software Engineering School at Tongji University.
