Yolanda Guo

Yolanda Guo currently serves as the HRBP leader at 小红书, focusing on HR operations for the commercialization of lifestyle services and local business. Prior to joining 小红书 in February 2024, Yolanda held the position of HRBP and HR Director at Activision Blizzard from September 2021 to February 2024. Yolanda's extensive experience also includes serving as Associate HR Director for North Asia R&D at Unilever from June 2017 to September 2021, where oversight included the North Asia Global R&D Center. Additional roles at Unilever consisted of Senior HR Manager for Corporate Functions in North Asia and leading the HR team for Taiwan and Hong Kong. Yolanda holds an MBA from Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Shanghai International Studies University.
