Joe White is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across various companies. At XiFin, Inc., Joe directed multiple hybrid software engineering teams, implementing Agile methodologies to improve efficiency. Prior to that role, Joe managed local and offshore engineering teams at ResMed, where architectural expertise was applied to modernize software systems utilizing Java and AWS. Joe's career also includes significant contributions at Mitchell International and VSP Global, where Joe led the design and development of transformative applications and provided technical direction across the software development lifecycle. Joe started in the industry at GoSmart, Inc., leading a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in I.T.
