Niki Wallace

Niki Wallace is the Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at XIFIN, Inc., a health information technology company, since March 2019. Prior to this role, Niki served in various positions at ResMed from 2013 to 2019, including Director of Learning and Development for North America and HR Integration Lead for Healthcare Informatics. Niki's career also includes significant experience at Life Technologies as Sr. Manager of Human Resources from 2008 to 2013, and earlier roles at Ajilon and RHI. Niki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Linguistics from Georgetown University.
