Ted Nevels

Ted Nevels is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in building and leading recruitment teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at XiFin, Inc. since December 2023, Ted previously held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Cue Health, where oversight included the establishment of global recruitment processes and management of a diverse team. Earlier roles at General Atomics involved managing social media strategies and leading talent acquisition efforts for both General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. Ted began a career in staffing with Aerotek, focusing on both professional and technical recruitment, and initially worked as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.
