Javier Larragoiti Kuri has a wide range of work experience. In 2021, they became a Member of Santander X 100 at Santander X. From 2018 to 2021, they were the CEO and Co-founder at Xilinat. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Junior Research Scientist at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. In 2015, they were a Short Term Scholar at Harvard University, and a Chemistry Teacher at Prepa Ibero, where they were able to influence a high school group for participating in international scientific contests. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Assistant Research Scientist at Universidad Iberoamericana, where they created a biotechnological process to generate xylitol from corncob (patent pending) and presented a scientific poster in the Mexican Academy of Research and Teaching in Chemical Engineerin (AMIDIQ). In 2014, they were an R&D Intern at BASF. From 2012 to 2014, they were an R&D Intern at Unilever, where they were able to implement saving projects and solve quality problems for diverse products, and was awarded second place out of 100 interns evaluated in an on-line course on Administration of time. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Research Intern at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, where they were able to produce enzymes with microorganisms isolated from Mexico City's organic residues, and presented outstanding results at the Mexican Society of Bioengineering and Biotechnology (SMBB) and the International Specialized Symposium on Yeasts (ISSY) conferences in 2011.

Javier Larragoiti Kuri attended Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in Ingenier\u00eda qu\u00edmica. In 2015, they moved to UCL, where they obtained an MSc. Biochemical Engineering in Biotecnolog\u00eda.
