Blake Beard, MBA

Blake Beard, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Blake started their career as a Frozen Department Manager at Macey's Grocery Store in 2007 before moving on to become a Training Specialist at Megaplex Theatres from 2008 to 2012. Blake then joined Cafe Zupas Corporate Office as a Recruiting and Training Manager, where they focused on hiring and training new employees across multiple locations from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Head of HR at Xima Software, overseeing various HR responsibilities including training, recruiting, branding, and company culture. Their passion for company culture led him to start their own venture as the Owner of REYFYA from 2016 to 2020. Blake's work experience demonstrates their strong emphasis on people and company culture.

Blake Beard, MBA completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2005, they enrolled at Salt Lake Community College and obtained an Associate of Science degree in General Studies in 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the University of Utah where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication. Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Western Governors University.
