Zachary Tolpen

Zachary Tolpen serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Colorado UpLift, focusing on building long-term relationships with urban youth. Currently, Zachary holds the position of SVP Sales at Xima Software, where efforts contributed to a projected 150% year-over-year SaaS growth for 2024-2025, backed by Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity Fund. Additionally, Zachary is an investor at Chalkboard. Previously, Zachary worked at Automox as an Enterprise Sales Manager and achieved recognition in the Presidents Club during 2022. Zachary also held various roles at VMware Carbon Black, consistently exceeding quota expectations and attaining significant sales metrics. Prior experience includes positions at talentReef, acquired by Mitratech, where Zachary was a Regional Sales Manager. Zachary earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
