Dr. Sun is the second person who ever achieved the Certified Analytics Professional (CAP/INFORMS) in Mainland China. Meeting the CAP standards helps to collect broad knowledge, including business and analytics problem framing, big data techniques, data model selection and implement, model life cycle managements.

Dr. Sun is a passionate team leader aiming at motivating staff to continue developing their careers and building effective and creative working environments. She has managed multiple teams, including data mining team, pricing team, and sales team; and all teams have achieved sound performance.
