Marco Buursema

Marco Buursema has over two decades of experience in the ticketing and technology industries. Currently serving as Director for Ximedes Serbia since August 2012, Marco Buursema oversees nearshoring operations and ensures high-quality project delivery in collaboration with Ximedes. Previously, Marco Buursema was a Principal at Ximedes specializing in software development for transactional systems. From September 1999 to August 2012, Marco Buursema worked as an Account and Project Manager at Holland Ticketing, the exclusive distributor for the World Ticketing System in the Netherlands. Earlier experience includes a role as Ticketing Coordinator at Amsterdam ArenA, where Marco Buursema contributed to establishing the ticketing department. Marco Buursema holds a Bachelor's degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 1996.
