Nikhil Vaidya is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at XIMKART, a design-to-delivery solutions platform for engineered industrial goods, where the organization empowers over 450 Indian SME manufacturers by facilitating access to global markets. Previously, Nikhil held the position of Consultant at Kearney, contributing to growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies and cost transformations for Indian OEMs. An Associate at PwC India, Nikhil focused on operational transformation for a leading MNC in the travel and leisure sector. Nikhil also led a large team as Overall Head for Mood Indigo IIT Bombay, the largest college festival in Asia, managing significant resources and events. Nikhil holds a BTech and MTech in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
