Kavitha S.

Kavitha S. has extensive experience in the field of research and quality control. In 2008, they began their career as a Postdoc at Lunds Universitet. In 2007, they were a Research Scientist at Mictrotest Innovations in Bangalore. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a freelance writer, and in 2018 they began working as a Flow Cytometry Scientist at Longboat Explorers AB. In 2019, they were a member of a PhD examination committee at Kemicentrum. In 2020, they took on the role of HR Manager and Board Member at Lilla Kuben Montessori, and in 2022 they became an Assistant to Coach (Badminton) at LUGI Badminton. Most recently, in 2018, Kavitha S. began working as a Quality Control Manager, Stability Study Coordinator, and Quality Control Specialist and Research Scientist at Xintela AB. In this role, they developed a flow cytometry based QC assay and its validation for GMP. Kavitha also received on-the-job GMP training and took on additional responsibilities in assay development, risk analysis, and validation of various cell-based assays.

Kavitha S. received their B.Sc. in Biotechnology from BMSCW in 1998-1995. Kavitha then earned their M.Sc. in Biotech from Madurai Kamaraj University in 2000-2007. After that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from the National Law School in 2007-2008. Kavitha then completed their Ph.D. in Cardiovascular Development, Murine Model from JNCASR in 2000-2007. In 2013, they received FELASA C and B equivalent certifications in Laboratory Animal Science for Project Directors and Researchers, respectively. In 2015, they obtained an International Cytometry Certification from Castle Worldwide. Most recently, in 2020, Kavitha S. attended a Workshop on Labor Laws in Sweden at Setterwalls Law Firm and Smile Incubator.
