Mr. Sastry has around 30 years of experience in the Human Resources Development with world class organizations in Information Technologies and Pharmaceutical Industries. His journey began with Raptakos, Brett & Co. Ltd., a Multinational pharmaceutical company as management trainee and later held various positions in Human Resource Management and Operations. He Heads every function other than Technology at Xinthe, India. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Post-Graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He has worked with Indian IT majors such as PentaFour, Polaris and Innova Solutions (now known as NESS IBS) where he was instrumental in implementing a Build-Operate-Transfer engagement for Franklin Templeton Investments. He has expertise in designing and setting captive IT centers for delivering world class software services and solutions. His passion about learning made him to associate with many educational institutions.
