Paul van Dijk has over 30 years of experience in materials science and the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Business Development at XIVER since May 2025 and previously as Director of Strategic Business Development. Paul is the Owner of Leonardo Consulting, a firm specializing in new business development within high-tech markets. From January 2017 to May 2025, Paul held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at LioniX International, focusing on integrated photonics solutions for Telecom/Datacom and Life Sciences applications. Prior to this, Paul co-founded SATRAX and served as its CEO, worked as Director at Small Tech Supplies, and was a lecturer at NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences. Earlier roles included Product Marketing Manager at ASML and R&D Engineer at High Voltage Engineering Europa, B.V. Paul holds multiple degrees, including an MBM in Business Marketing from TIAS School for Business and Society and a doctorate from Eindhoven University of Technology in Ion Beam Analysis & Channeling.
