Yael Shlomovitz

Yael Shlomovitz has over 18 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Yael began their career in 2003 as Human Resources Manager at 013 Netvision. In 2006, they moved to Prisma Investments as Human Resources Manager. Yael then joined XJet Ltd. in 2009 as Human Resources Manager. In 2014, they joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as HR Business Partner - Global Finance Group and HR Senior Director Teva Israel. In 2018, they moved to FedEx Express as VP of Human Resources. In 2020, they joined ELTA Systems Ltd as Head of Human Resources. Yael is currently VP of Human Resources at XJet Ltd.

Yael Shlomovitz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University between 1990 and 1992. Yael then pursued an MBA from Boston University, Ben Gurion campus, which they completed in 1994.
