Mike Fahy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike began their career as a Co-op Engineer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in 1998 and 1999. Mike then joined Boeing as a Support Engineer in 2000. In 2001, Mike started working at XKL LLC as a Hardware Engineer, where they gained expertise in debugging, rework, and root-cause analysis. Mike also designed VHDL designs in FPGAs. Mike advanced to the role of Senior Hardware Engineer, where they designed and tested PCBs, FPGAs, and I/O interfaces. Mike then became a Hardware Engineering Manager at XKL, leading a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the research, development, and quality of the company's networking products. Mike managed projects, set priorities, and reported on progress, while also overseeing the professional growth of their team members. In 2018, Mike was promoted to the position of Sr Hardware Engineering Manager, and in 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Engineering at XKL LLC.
