Veronica Karaca has had a long and successful career. Veronica began their professional journey in 1988 as a Bookkeeper at Dimension Works Inc., where they gained experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections and Job Costing. Veronica also briefly handled payroll, purchasing and sales contact management. In 1998, they moved to HighTower Inc. as Director of Programming, where they managed the department responsible for all custom programming for clients. Her primary responsibilities included meeting with clients to determine the specific modifications needed to tailor the software to their business. Veronica wrote the custom programming design documents for the client's approval and managed a team of programmers. In 2013, Veronica took on the role of Teaching Assistant at Roosevelt University. Finally, in 2017, they joined xkzero as Accounting Manager, where they were responsible for all company financial and personnel related accounting and coordination, including acting as primary point of contact for U.S. and Canadian payroll companies, insurance representatives and company CPA.

Veronica Karaca completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology, General at Roosevelt University from 2011 to 2014. Veronica also holds an Associate's degree from Harper College.
