Agustinus Hasim

Agustinus Hasim is a dedicated professional with a strong background in actuarial science and leadership roles. Currently an XL Future Leaders Batch 9 Awardee at XL Future Leaders since November 2020, Agustinus has previously served as Manager of Education at Young Investor, where a team was led to develop educational curricula focused on investment. Experience includes working in Credit Operations at Bank Mandiri Taspen, creating mortality tables, and assisting with credit insurance claims. As a Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Padjadjaran, Agustinus enhanced students' understanding of data analytics. Leadership skills were further demonstrated as Chairman of Actuarial Fair, promoting actuarial science and connecting with over 700 students across Indonesia, and as President of Himpunan Mahasiswa Aktuaria Unpad, overseeing organizational strategies and departmental coordination. Agustinus holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Universitas Padjadjaran, achieved between 2018 and 2022, following education at SMAK 4 BPK Penabur Jakarta.
