Estherina Mulyani's work experience includes the following:

Estherina was a Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) National Wave 15 Awardee at the Young Leaders for Indonesia Foundation starting in May 2023.

Estherina worked as the Chief Marketing Officer of the AIoT Project 2023 and was an awardee at XL Axiata Future Leaders from November 2021 to the present. XL Future Leaders is a two-year intensive leadership development program by XL Axiata.

Estherina also served as the Co-Founder of Harat Inggris, a non-profit organization that focuses on building and improving English speaking competency for future generations in South Kalimantan. Estherina guided members to practice English speaking competency, provided training and mentoring, and facilitated English speaking sessions and workshops.

At Hasnur Centre, Estherina worked in Business Development and Partnership from February 2023 to June 2023.

Estherina worked as a self-employed Debate Coach and Adjudicator from September 2022 to March 2023.

Estherina held various roles at Lambung Mangkurat Debate Society, including Vice President, Project Manager, Event Director of Kalimantan Open Debate 2021, and Project Leader of Kalimantan Open Debate 2020. In these roles, they were responsible for leading and managing the organization, overseeing projects, and organizing debate competitions and seminars.

Estherina worked as a Private Tutor from July 2019 to December 2022.

Estherina also served as a Member of Legislation and a Member of Student Synergy at the Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Social and Political Science at the University of Lambung Mangkurat from April 2020 to March 2022.

Estherina worked as an Event Coordinator for the Connection Fest 2021 Sharing Session "New Media New Challenge" at the University of Lambung Mangkurat. Estherina led a team of four members to organize a national sharing session with a theme "New Media, New Challenge".

Overall, Estherina has a diverse range of experiences in leadership, language training, debate, tutoring, and event coordination.

Estherina Mulyani pursued their Bachelor's degree in Communication Science at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin from 2016 to 2019, where they studied Social Science. In addition to their formal education, Estherina obtained a certification in EF SET - C2 Proficient from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in August 2022.
