Mykelle Crittenden, CPRW, possesses extensive experience in training, development, and career advising. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager and previously as a Training and Development Specialist at XL Construction since June 2017, Mykelle collaborates closely with the Director of Training and Development to enhance departmental objectives and oversee multiple training programs. Prior roles at DeVry University from October 2011 to June 2017, including Senior Career Advisor and Career Advisor, involved advising students and alumni on career advancement and effective job search strategies, as well as building employer partnerships. Mykelle holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from San Jose State University.
