Jared Thompson

Jared Thompson is a Senior Project Engineer at XL Construction, where responsibilities have included leading meetings with key stakeholders and managing project documentation since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles at C.W. Driver Companies, coordinating with subcontractors for shopping center renovations and managing project reports, as well as serving as a Jr. Engineer at Allana Buick & Bers, Inc., where on-site construction monitoring and submittal reviews were conducted. Earlier in their career, Jared held positions at Bayside Interiors Inc., overseeing project execution and management, and at Construction Testing Services, coordinating inspections and testing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, complemented by earlier studies at De Anza College.
