Leadership Team

About

The leadership team at XL Fleet comes from a variety of backgrounds in both the private and public sectors. Experiences include working as an engineering director, chief engineer, and senior manager at various companies, as well as being a vice president of human resources at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Fidelity Investments. The team also has experience in lecturing at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and co-founding the MIT Climate & Energy Prize. Furthermore, the team has a strong educational background, with degrees in mechanical engineering, psychology, and management from respected institutions such as Kingston University, Dartmouth College, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
