Paul Jardine

Paul Jardine is currently the EVP & Chief Experience Officer at XL Group. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Paul started their career at PwC in 1987 as a partner. Paul then moved to Equitas in 1996 where they were the Chief Actuary & Commutations Director. In 2001, they joined Catlin as the COO. Paul was with Catlin for 14 years until they joined XL Catlin in 2015 as the Chief Experience Officer. Paul left XL Catlin in 2018 and took some time out before joining their current company, ECMS, in 2019.

Paul Jardine was educated at The University of Manchester.

Paul Jardine reports to Michael S. McGavick, CEO. Paul Jardine works with Kirstin Gould - EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, Eileen Whelley - EVP & CHRO, and Kelly Lyles - Chief Executive Client and Country Management.
