Puneet Bhoil

Puneet Bhoil is currently the Assistant Vice President at AXA XL and Sr. IT Manager at XL Catlin. At XL Catlin, Puneet heads the IT colleague services for the APAC region, overseeing IT Service Desk, Account Administration, Colleague Care, Desk Side Support, and Remote Resolve team. Prior to their current roles, Puneet worked at Accenture as a Manager and at Barclays Bank as a Team Manager. Puneet started their career at Convergys as a Team Leader after completing their B.Com in Commerce from Himachal Pradesh University in 2002.
