Matt Demaria

Matthew DeMaria is currently the Director of Operations at XL Real Property Management, where Matthew leads a team of 6 to manage a luxury property portfolio. Matthew also serves as a Property Manager, overseeing multiple assets and properties. With previous experience as a Financial Consultant, Commercial Real Estate Broker, Broker's Assistant Intern, and Intern in various companies, Matthew has developed a strong background in real estate, finance, and client relations. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
