Marcel Giessler serves as the Lead Agile Coach at XL2 by Audi & Capgemini since February 2024, following an extensive career at Exxeta from November 2011 to February 2024, where roles included Lead Coach, Manager/Agile Coach, Senior Consultant in Agile methodologies, and Consultant in Automotive Innovation Management and Project Management and Requirements Engineering. In addition to consulting in energy trading and risk management at growments UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from February 2021 to September 2023, Marcel is notable for expertise in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, and test management, holding certifications as a SCRUM Master, CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering), and ISTQB Certified Tester.
