Amine Ghorrafi

Amine GHORRAFI is an experienced Agile Delivery & Transformation Lead and Agile Coach with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently at Netatmo, Amine leads a transformation across R&D, enhancing delivery systems and team alignment for over 180 engineers in IoT and embedded technologies. Previous roles include Agile Coach at WEBHELP KYC SERVICES, where Amine implemented structured delivery systems for distributed teams, and Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master at GE HealthCare, focusing on Agile practices in cross-functional development for medical imaging systems. Amine's technical expertise spans embedded systems, software integration, and quality assurance, supported by an engineering degree in Embedded Systems from ECE and additional studies at UC Irvine and Concordia University.
