Menachem Shafran

Menachem Shafran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic innovation in the cybersecurity sector. Currently serving as SVP of Strategy & Innovation at XM Cyber since September 2018, Menachem has held multiple leadership roles, including SVP of Product & Innovation and VP Product. Prior to XM Cyber, Menachem founded Cysur, focusing on helping insurance carriers and brokers assess cyber risks for SMEs. Previous roles include Security Product Manager at Radware, where responsibilities included developing marketing materials and partnership strategies for a Web Application Firewall, and Product Manager at NowForce, where Menachem contributed to emergency response solutions. Menachem began a career in technology and project management with the Israel Defense Forces, leading research teams in communication and intelligence projects. Menachem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor's degree in Percussion Instruments from The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
