Guillermo Picart

Guillermo Picart is an experienced web architect currently at Xmartlabs since March 2020, where responsibilities include serving as a technical lead and team leader, particularly in early project stages to identify appropriate technology solutions and mentoring junior developers. Prior to Xmartlabs, Guillermo worked at Despegar.com from January 2014 to March 2020 as a full-stack developer utilizing Angular, Java, and React, collaborating with UX teams on various applications. Guillermo also held the position of semi-senior quality assurance, conducting both manual and automated testing using Java and Selenium Webdriver during the same tenure. Earlier experience includes a quality assurance role at Altimetrik from August 2012 to November 2013, focusing on manual and automated testing within a Scrum framework.
