Jeremy Brown

Jeremy Brown is an experienced Systems Engineer with a career spanning over two decades, currently working at xMatters, Inc. since August 2010. In this role, Jeremy contributed to various aspects of the company by handling third-level support cases and managing server and network operations. Prior to xMatters, Jeremy held positions at Kodak and Creo from 1996 to 2010, focusing on customer support, product deployment, and compatibility assurance for InSite products. Additional roles included Plate Qualification Specialist and Training Course Developer and Instructor. Earlier experience at MPR Teltech involved designing and implementing network solutions. Jeremy holds a BSc in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University, earned between 1987 and 2002.
