Micaela Simpson

Micaela Simpson is a Software Engineer II at xMatters, inc since January 2021, with prior experience as a Software Developer at Bambora and Caffeinated Turtle Enterprises Inc. Micaela has also held several software development roles during co-op positions at 19Labs and Workday. Early career includes aquatic instructional positions at Saanich Commonwealth Place and West Shore Parks & Recreation, along with coaching expertise at the Canucks Autism Network. Micaela began a career in engineering after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Victoria, where Micaela studied from 2013 to 2019.
