Petr Benda

Petr Benda is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Technical Support at xMatters, inc / Everbridge since February 2016, Petr has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Manager and Technical Support Team Lead. Prior to xMatters, Petr worked at Sophos from August 2005 to February 2016, where responsibilities included acting as a global product specialist for the Sophos Web Appliance and serving as a technical escalation point for the Gateway product line. Petr began a career at Top Producer Systems as a Tier 3 support specialist from October 2000 to August 2005. Academic credentials include a Certificate in Internet Systems Administration from The University of British Columbia.
