Izabela Nascimento

Izabela Nascimento is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment, operations, and administration. Currently serving as an HR Operations Administrator at XML International, Izabela tracks employee timesheets, manages absences, and ensures the HR system is updated. Previous roles include Recruitment Team Lead and Senior International Technical Recruiter, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end hiring processes across multiple global regions.
