Tim Koeppl

Tim Koeppl has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tim is currently the President of XMReality. Prior to that, they served as the Chairman of Vaxholm Holdings, LLC. In 2019, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Eva Medtec, Inc., where they developed a cost-saving pain and stress management solution. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Suspension Systems Technologies, LLC, focusing on the development of damping and motion control technologies. Before that, Tim held the position of Senior Director Fleet at Schwan's Home Service, Inc. Additionally, they were the President of Bi-Phase Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of The Schwan Food Company. Tim has also served as President & General Counsel at Troika Solutions and Director of Strategic Initiatives, Compliance, and Counsel at Glacier Technologies. Prior to their private sector roles, they had extensive experience in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Logistics Officer. Tim Koeppl began their career as an Attorney, representing clients in various industries and handling matters such as fraud investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation.

Tim Koeppl graduated from Marquette University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish. Tim then went on to complete their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999.
