Robert Cooper

Robert Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technology management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at XMS Solutions, Inc. since March 2009, Robert previously held the position of Enterprise Support Manager at USA Mobility from July 2000 to August 2006 and worked as a Network Engineer at Aurion Technologies in 1999-2000.
