Ron Mills is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Ron is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Northernmost, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, in 2022, they worked as the COO of XN Health, where they focused on improving organ donor management and assisting mechanically ventilated patients.

From 2018 to 2022, Ron was the CEO of Tevosol, a Bridge to Life company that developed a machine to preserve and assess donor lungs for transplant. Ron successfully led the turnaround and sale of the venture, attracting top partners, securing funding, and overseeing pivotal clinical trials.

Before Tevosol, Ron served as the President of Maelstream Startups from 2007 to 2018. In this role, they provided smart go-to-market strategies for young enterprises and also worked as a transplant strategist and activist.

From 2003 to 2007, Ron worked as the Managing Director at Organ Recovery Systems, where they played a key role in the global launch of the LifePort Kidney Transporter and achieved substantial market penetration in the US. Prior to that, they worked at Hamilton Communications as an Account Director, overseeing creative direction, account management, and launch strategies for biopharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Ron began their career at Ernst & Young in 1987 as the Director of Communications, and prior to that, they worked at Chi Systems as a Report & Proposal Coordinator.

Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated strong leadership, innovation, and an ability to drive successful outcomes in various industries.

Ron Mills completed their undergraduate studies from 1978 to 1983 at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, where they earned an A.B. degree in English Language and Literature. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School from 1984 to 1985, where they obtained an A.M. degree in English Language and Literature.
